Quiksep SC simple chromatography system is designed in full compliance with cGMP. It adopts quattroflow diaphragm pump in Germany. The control interface adopts color touch screen to display pump speed and other information. 1）System main interface

2）Multiple control modes
Speed regulation mode: when there is no flow meter connected, the system generally runs this mode, input the percentage of pump speed, and then the flow can be adjusted at will.
Constant flow mode: if the flowmeter is connected, this mode can be selected to precisely control the flow of the system through the feedback of the flowmeter.
Constant pressure mode: if the pressure sensor is connected, the constant pressure mode can be set. Through the real-time feedback of the pressure sensor, the pressure can be accurately controlled, so as to shorten the process time, save labor cost, improve the controllability and repeatability of the process, and effectively reduce the safety risk.

The system adopts manual four-way valve to control the flow path, which can switch the forward, reverse and bypass of column position, as well as the online and bypass of bubble trap. The four-way valve is made of PTFE and 316L stainless steel.
